    Winterizing question?

    Hello...
Got a 2005 24V and I live in Vermont and its my first time winterizing of my boat. We have to use antifreeze up here. Question about my heater....2 hoses go into it up in the bow under the steering column. I pulled one off thinking I needed to blow out the water( picked up from other posts) and coolant came out!....I am assuming that I do not need to blow this out since it has a rating of -35????? I did pull the blue plugs that go into the heat exchange but I will be running antifreeze through anyway. Am I correct to leave the coolant in the tubes!?
    Thanks!!

Sounds like you have a closed-cooling engine. If so, then the block and heater are filled with automotive antifreeze and will not need to be drained.
