Alpha Z base seal

I had a base on my tower replaced due to cupping of the bolt hole for the locking pin. When I picked up from dealer the opposite side tower base seal - the black under the leg - is cracked and part of it is missing all together.

Do I need to take back and have this replaced? Can I fill in with as sealer? If so what?

Should be under warranty... I would think. I'd take it back to the dealer.

They replaced the port side base under warranty and while doing that cracked the seal under the starboard base. If this is something I can fix I would like to. My dealer is 2 hours away.
