The R21 and the R22 actually have a pretty attractive price tag as well....

i could see an R21 with a full MSRP of under 80k(just added one up with taps 3, the surf xl ballast, tower, the base stereo, plus the cover bimini etc and a base trailer), and realistic pricing at the Dealer well bellow that.

Anyone else get in one of the R21's and have feedback. Seriously considering it as an upgrade option.

What kind of feedback are you looking for? If you looking for how the hull performs any Z-1 owner(same boat) can give you feed back. If you looking for feed back on the electronics or engine any 2015/2016 owner(except R20) can give you that as all of those have already been running the murphy system based electronics.

This may come across as a new offering from Tige, but its really not. Its a Z-1(been around in current hull since 2013) stripped down to be a price point boat. Its more of a trim level of a Z-1 than a new model.

Thanks, boardman. This is helpful. Have been picking up helpful feedback on the Raptor engine, etc from some of the 15/16 Z1 folks on here. Many thanks!

another thing to consider is the base engine. The 360 is essentially the exact same engine as the 400, 440 but with a different tune and a couple features taken off. Keep in mind the Raptor 400 has a 5 year warantee. The 360 has a three year warantee, after running an R series boat with the 360 it is absolutely adequate in terms of power. But if i had the means the 400 would be a definite upgrade considering the features it comes with and the longer warantee...plus the extra power is nice

Other than the additional torque and warranty, what are the other engine features of the 400 vs 360?

a freshwater strainer for 16, i believe they have the old style heat ex changer and did not get the top mount starter.....ill see if i can find my sheet on it.

and full MSRP is like 1,900 for the upgrade.

                    Hi Chad...
Thanks again for working with me on the 2015 R20 / 2005 Yamaha SX230 trade. We absolutely LOVE this boat!!! Tige has a great platform and excellent reputation and now we can see why!! Excellent!! Just did 20 hour service and I am installing the Wet Sounds Icon tower speakers, additional 8"s in boat and 10" sub.
Again..., awesome boat, exceptional service from XPS USA Maryland and yourself!!!
                    Thanks!!!
