New Member! What up Tige Owners!!

What up fellow Tige owners? We just bought my first Tige!!!

It's a 2012 Z3 (not the first generation Z3 "chines" hull design and the VX has the corrected brackets). Look there, I've done my research "thanks to you guys here on tigeowners". We purchased our boat from Joe at Performance Marine Watersports. Performance Marine has been great to deal with - one of the best!!!! (shameless plug..).

    Here some pictures...

I'm looking forward to a great time with our new boat. Our last boat was a 2008 Supra 24SSV Worlds. I had it perfect for wakesurfing. Our family loves to wake surf! This week will be our first wakesurfing experience on our new Tige. If all goes well I'll post some video with our own personal experiences.

I hope I can contribute as much as I read/research on here. Thanks again for supporting us Tige owners!

    Cheers!

Great looking boat and trailer!!! This is a great forum for information with some quality members who know what they are talking about. Keep us posted on your impressions and difference between the Tige and the Supra.

Congrats! Another great boat from the fine folks at Performance LOZ I've seen that boat in the showroom and the pics don't do it justice, as that thing is sharp looking!

            Where do you boat?

We boat at Elephant Butte NM. Only 4-5 months a year...(kills me). Hopefully next year we can venture out of our state...maybe even the Tige Owners Reunion!!

Enjoy it. We love our Z3!

                Love the Orange!
Just be careful towing it with the Bimini up.

Thanks everyone for the welcome and props on the boat.

@Booms - Thanks for the advice on towing with the bimini top. I was used to towing with the Supra's Z5 Cargo Bimini (it's towable).

Congrats and welcome. I looked at that boat back in July. It was in the showroom floor which says something. if I hadn't recently bought mine I would have that one. I thought it was new when first seen it. Great boat and after a call to mike (chpthril) for some custom bags it will be a surfing beast.

@brodee42 - I think most will tell you that if the Bimini is up only pull at boating speeds. So no faster then 40mph.

Congrats on the boat!! I too have seen this one in person and the pictures don't show how much the color pops. Doesn't it have flake or pearl in the orange?
I literally destroyed a bimini getting caught in a thunderstorm with high winds, highway towing speeds and meeting a big truck is probably worse than what I ran through and those suckers are expensive to replace.
