Electronic / auto gate valve for ballast system

Where can I get a good electronic / switched switched gate valve for my ballast system? And How much should I expect to pay? I believe the tubing has an inner diameter of 1.5". I currently just have a manual home depot plastic red switch valve. It works well except it's the only part of my home grown ballast system that is not automatic.

I think that those gate valves are actually dump valves for RV's. I bet if you start on a RV parts site and then search, you will find one that works. You can see what the one that Rival uses looks like in this thread:
