Dallas is an expensive market for Hydrohoists. Marinas want between $200 and $400 to install. I live in Northern Houston and a buddy just sold a 6K pound unit for $2K. The guy he sold it to, took it to Dallas for resell. I had my 1997 2150i on a 4K pound unit with no issues. You can find used ones but watch out for the 24' long ones as they are 20+ years old.

There is a guy on Lake Grapevine that was selling a hyrdohoist. Not sure if it is still available but I included the link. Look under "for sale"

I have no idea. I bought mine used and have never seen any documentation on the boat. Sorry!
