Need help???? My boat will not crank only whines

2011 z1 pcm 343 had prob starting earlier then started I thought it was hydro locked because it was almost 100 degrees today but was ready to take it out turn key has a big whine noise took starter relay off and won't even kick over put it back on sounds like starter or solenoid. Any help appreciated. Please thanks

A high pitched whine after a hard clunk usually is the engine locked up.Take out spark plugs and see if she will turn over then.

Probably broke the fork that throws the starter drive out.
