Andy,
I hope that you had a chance to read my thread on the install. I did make a number of suggestions throughout that can make a very good system even better. I don't think that most of them would even cost more than a trivial amount of money.
My first suggestion would be to expand the instructions a little, with some more specifics. Pretend you are writing them for a complete idiot (like me).
Now that I have had the system for a few months, I suppose it would be reasonable to comment on my experience. It has been great! I have had no problems and have found it to work flawlessly so far. I have been very pleased.Be excellent to one another.

I've got the 450 pound on one side and the custom grand daddy surf sack on the other. I don't think you will get much more in there with a 24V locker. The 450 is about 2-4 inches longer than the storage compartment, and about the same width. If you put something bigger in there, you better reinforce the back and engine side walls to stop it from moving, because those walls are not real stable.
My 24V loves to have some weight up front. The weight, IMO should be about 50/50 to get an awesome wake. It just does not seem as clean or solid when it is back heavy, IMO.Be excellent to one another.

The 24ve lockers are huge, so I know that bag will go up under the seating areas on each side.
I need more weight in front, but there is no room for a bigger bags in the front. Any suggestions?
This is why tige needs a factory ballast system under the floor that has a 50/50 distribution. Then we can sac it out from there!

this will help with the weight up front, and won't take up much room.
The 750s will fill the entire rear compartment when completely full. I don't think there would be room for a lifejacket back there.
I measured the 22V locker and there would be about 2 inches from the bag to the compartment lid.
Like Tall said, you're going to have to reinforce the removable wall next to the engine, as it's flimsy.

I don't think the factory ballast on the 06 24ve was under the floor, and I thought they put hard tanks in the compartments in front of the dash, that's not far enough forward, they have to be under the front seats.
900 lbs. is not even close to enough for a 24ve, it is a big boat and Tige needs to make a ballast system for hard core riders that is at least 1500lbs.+.
