    Tandem Surfboard Recommendations

    Hey guys,

My two girls (5 and 4) both love surfing Tandem with me. Curious if there are any boards that would work better than the big Broadcast we currently use.

I have tried riding my Bomb Pop with my 5 year but she moves around too much and small weight changes on that board make big differences.

I am tempted by the Liquid Force Noserider. Seem Big and Stable and would let them move all around on the board. Any opinions?

The Chaos Long Board also looks interesting and is likely a better board but would it work for Tandem surfing well or is it going to be too responsive?

    Thanks,
    Steve

Don't waste your money with an expensive bigger wakesurfer... Go to a surf shop and get a 7-8" fun board or super fish. You will be able to get it for like 2-300 and it will be a blast for anyone to ride!

To tandem with my 4 year old last summer - I used my Ronix Duke. Its a fun board if you just want to "relax" and drink a cold one by your self! I also bought a Ronix Carbon Thruster to have more fun on solo!

I use an IS Blue Lake for riding with my 50lb kids. I weigh 215.

Broadcast has been good for us when riding Tandem. Not a fun solo board but good for learners and when with my munchkins...

I rode tandem with my 50 lb. 6 year old, I weigh 190 - on a Liquid Force Fiver last weekend - but it was not very easy.

I would think a doomswell EL Jeffe would work great

We use a LakeWakes BigBoy for tandem (including two adults).
