    Is this a normal air intake?

    When I remove cover from my engine (marine power 360hp) I just have the mesh screen over the carb. Is this normal or did previous owner do something here? Should there be an air filter of some sort?

      Hahahaha, what chp is trying to say is PLEASE don't crank that thing again until you have the correct safety equipment installed or you and your family might go BOOM!!!!
