My only question on these is are they submersible? It would need a 68 rating for me to buy them not just a 67 simply because they will be under water and you can get a board a few feet under at times.

The transom lights are by far the most helpful for the surfer. Lights up the water nicely. We have a led light bar on the tower that we switch on when the rider goes down to locate board and rider. I have thought about putting some low power flood led on the tower facing rear towards the swim deck but everything else is just to bright in the face of the surfer.

Thanks for all the suggestions.. I ended up purchasing a 22" spot light bar for the front - 13,200 lumens and a 14" spot light bar for the back - 7,000 lumens. Plan on pointing the back light towards the platform and water in front of the surfer. Being that it is a spot the guy said it will not blind the surfers eyes since it will be in front of them on the water. The forward facing light should do a decent job of lighting up where I will be driving. I also have a friend that is working on the lights on the boards. You can order cheap LED light strips off Amazon that are waterproof and then a 12v rechargeable battery with charger.. all for about $25. Now just working on how to waterproof the 12v battery. Will post video and pics when I get everything installed and working. Thanks again for all the advice.
