    AVX Settings

As we near the holiday weekend I know many of us will be on the water enjoying our rides.

I was out last weekend and had anywhere from 3 to 8 people in our Z3 and thought to myself I need to have a lite and heavy profile saved. With that said I thought we needed a thread that has all of the our settings for an AVX equipped boat. I have not been able to find one thread that has surf set ups for AVX boats.

    2015 Z3 AVX Raptor 400 - Stock SurfXL
I found this to produce a big long wave with lots of push on the Regular side -
    Speed - 11.4
    Taps - 4
    Ballast -
    Driver - 175lb
    Passengers - 650lbs
100% front and rear surf side
    40% rear opposite side
    75% front opposite side
    AVX - 7 to 9

Goofy side - Was not able to get a nice wave. Need help here
    Speed - 11.4
    Taps - 4
    Ballast -
    Driver - 175lb
Passengers - 1050lbs - I usually ride with maybe 400lbs or less of passengers.
100% front and rear surf side
    30% rear opposite side
    100% front opposite side
    AVX - 7 to 9

I have not dialed in our Z3 yet (too many variables). Let's share our set ups so we can all shred clean big waves this summer.

Im going a bit slower and have had a very respectable wave on both sides, but am anxious to try speeding up a tad, since Ragboy has instructed that the wave changes around 11.4-11.6.

      My Current Setup:

      Regular
      Speed- 10.8-11
      Taps- 4
Ballast: 100% Front, 100% Surf Side Rear, fill opp rear until 7-8* List
      AVX- 3-6

      Goofy
      Speed- 10.9-11.1
      Taps- 1
Ballast: 100% Front, 100% Surf Side Rear, fill opp rear until 8-9* List
      AVX- 8

This formula has worked well for me with 2 people or 7. We are always surfing in about 12-20' of water. Good luck and have fun.
