Ratings - Swivel Racks

Looking for a list of great swivel racks. Long story with the dealer (who told me I would get Roswell Swivel racks, but it was never in writing) who put on Monster swivel racks, which fell off w/in the first hour in smooth water (boards attached). After numerous issues with my boat buying experience, the sales guy is stepping up and going to try and find a resolution.
Do you guys have a list of top 5 swivel racks that you would recommend? AND, would you see issues in a set of great racks that were used?
I really need to be educated before I accept another offer.

Samson... hands down the best IMHO! I have both setups... wake\wake and wake\surf. never lost a board yet. and been in some rough **** at times.

guess you probably have the tube tower... just call and talk to them. they will get you the right set for a tube tower if that is your setup!


I also have the tower mirror arm... had the handle stolen that locks the arm on... and they had a new one to me in 2 days. amazing customer support!

^^^ This - Samson are the best by far. I had the monster on our old boat and had same issue. They would pop right off. Almost clocked passengers a couple of times. I think that would have killed them if they got hit.

Skylon makes some pretty quality racks. Right up there with Samson imo.

I just installed the "Slingshot" swivel adapter from nice-rack.com . They are sturdy, lock tightly without any wobble and have gas shocks inside to keep them from flopping around when unlocked. You can use your existing fingers, order from them or order some from a different company but I don't think I would use a different swivel.

Thanks guys! I don't think the dealer will go for samson- especially if they're not going to get the Roswell's as originally promised. Whiteflash- no doubt, the boards almost hit my wife (passenger), and then my kids who were in a tube behind the boat. Would not have been pretty if either of them got hit.
Any opinion on Titan?
