I have 2014 rz2 and struggled with my surf wave all last year. I finally got a buddy whose pretty decent to help me out. Turns out my board was half the problem and we also had to slow down a bit to 9.8 to 10 mph surf ballast with front full surf side full and extra 300 lb on surf side taps at 4. Our wave still needs a little work but piece of cake to surf it now!

My settings are going to be different because I don't have the CVX or the AVX but I run about 1100 in the surf side locker and bow U-shaped sac full. The bow sac is listed as 400 lbs but I know it's not getting full capacity under the seats, I guess it's at about 300lbs. I run about 11.4 with taps between 3-5 depending on how many people are in the boat. If I have lots of people weight I use a lower taps number to get a longer pocket.

Hard to tell in your picture of the wake but one thing I do notice is that you have to much weight on your heels pulling you out of the pocket. Also possibly to much weight on back foot. Your chest is also opened to the boat which you should drop the front shoulder into the wake more.

Also one thing to note if you have the AVX or VX for that matter.

When surfing, watch the vx to make sure the entire surface of the vx is in the water. If it is not, you are not getting the coanda effect and therefor kinda useless. Either slowdown or add more weight to get it to drop in completely. Once it gets suction you can speed up and get more use out of the system for which it was designed.

Thanks guys for the advise, I dialed it in this weekend.... speed 10.5, AVX 4-7, 100% full in bow surf side and 100% full stern on the surf side
