I love my Wetsounds speakers, the are clean, clear and loud.
In the past I have had: Kicker, Polk, JL and Diamond... Different combinations of coax, component and HLCD. These have been the best by far. I have a REV410 and recently sold my Icon 8's and picked up Rev10's to replace them. I am running them on a RF 450.4 (225 x2) to the Rev 10's and a 450.2 (450 x 1) on the Rev 410

Wetsounds Rev10 or Rev8 all the way Power them with a wetsounds SD amp also and you won't regret it. Pricey but best speakers out there IMO. Shop around for dealers that sell them as the price varies significantly from dealer to dealer.

Wet Sounds is certainly on top of the food chain in build quality, sounds quality, output and price (based on what you get). JL's 7.7 is a great sounding coaxial and I understand their 8.8 pod is even better. Kicker has a couple of great tower speaker options, but you are limited to a 6.5". We've done a few setups with their KM8 8" coaxial, but with no OEM pods just yet, its not the most economical setup to put together.

The first thing is to decide what you want out of a setup. Surf specific, wake range specific or a speaker that does both well. Options are easier to discuss once you narrow down the criteria.
