Bad05 I have the .esp file for you just need to email it over. I also talked to Sara at TBM she said she was able to confirm 15% off the rooms and slips are $15 a day with over 30 slips available. I have a good list looks like 18 owners, 66 people and 14 boats as of now getting emails still trickling in.

I just checked the availability for that weekend. All rooms and fishing cabins are now booked! It's looking like this will be another GREAT event!

Wow! This is going to be a blast, as usual. What are we going to do for next year? I don't think Mojave was any bigger was it?

I could be wrong Mike, but I think Mohave had fewer rooms to offer, but better launch conditions and RV sites.

I worked with Tige' Marketing and they are going to post the reunion on the Facebook page next week. Hopefully help to get to the word out, unfortunately the marina is sold out which might turn off a lot of additional people from coming out.

There used to be a group that would camp.

HA.. yeah it might be a good year to camp but I know BlackWidow is "slumming" it in the Motel last I spoke with 'em.. 15 bucks a day for slips? Man these guys should be paying us to keep our boats out there! Last year the cable from the dock slit my tire... Not to mention the room had a scorpion in it! Still wouldn't trade that place for the world.. so long as there is water when we get there!

Yeah we have camped in previous years and the campsites are close by and really clean. I think there was maybe one other boat there so it is super private. Definitely a good option for those who may want to come last minute and can't get a room. There is a good amount of tree coverage so it doesn't get really hot.

                              15 days…
So at this point I'm cooking Saturday night for approximately 70 people. I will have 3 stations set up to serve gluten-full pulled pork, beef brisket and chicken and apple sausages. Im brining the pork in pineapple juice, apple cider, bourbon, sweet onions and minced garlic (if anyone is allergic to any of that, please let me know and I'll set aside a kosher salt slab of meat to cook for you). All the pulled meat will be served with King's Hawaiian buns, Costco red potato salad, home made coleslaw(cabbage, sugar and peanuts available on the side) and cowboy beans (baked beans with mild salsa and cheddar cheese melted in). I will need some prep help so anyone that wants to pour me drinks while I cook is more than welcome. I will provide EVERYTHING so no fingers can be pointed. We think it should be no more than $10/head so I'll put a jar at each serving station and make change if you need to.
BRING BEACH CHAIRS!!!!! I have a feeling we'll all be hanging out looking for a place to chill on the gravel if we don't and if John is putting together that damn raffle again, we'll need a common area like the BBQ area or the void between buildings to chill. Music will also be required but preferably all the same music coming from multiple speakers and since I just turn a wrench, someone who is more AV capable should spearhead this. If anyone has a PA system, that would be clutch. A less desirable option would be a bullhorn but…
Any questions or requests, now is the time to ask. PM, on this thread, call me, all of the above. Corvette summers!!!
Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...

PA system? Heck, just have John use his boat stereo. Even if he leaves it at the docks we should hear it fine at the motel...
