22i listing

my 2000 22i lists to the starboard when under power at Pretty much any speed the boat is on plane. at any taps setting. pulls to the right too when trying to drive straight. i don't think it's weight distribution, when i drive (180) and my wife (115 ish) is observing, the list is about 10 degrees.when she's driving it's less but still there.
when turning to the right the boat tilts into the turn, but when turning left, the boat stays really flat.

things i've tried;

replaced both trim cylinders.

checked trim plate to make sure it's flat (looks like it was slightly bent at one time but is as flat as i can get it now. (1/16" - 3/32" overall)

bled lines w/ ATF to insure no air in system.

Could it be the valve on the pump leaking and letting fluid back into the pump unit? if so do you guys think i can use the other valve on the pump unit an just switch the lines to that valve? (switch over the wiring too of course)
Any ideas from y'all would be great!!

Everything from the prop to the 3 Scags look okay? I had bent my Scags once and that messed my steering up really bad. Your listing and your turning may not be interconnected. Quite possible that your steering cable is done and something else is causing the list. The weight we have to me pretty large to offset the boat that much... I would think scags and steering cable possibly. I would not think it is the TAOs but you could always disconnect the power to it and see if that helps... Sorry.. my skills are limited but I am certain someone has had your issue. Just maybe not me.. yet... "knock on wood"

Tiller, prop and skags look fine. replaced the steering cable couple years ago. turning either direction seems to take the same amount of effort. ( seems perfectly normal )
honestly, the steering does not seem to be the issue. I just mentioned it to try to describe the problem better.

I would lean towards weight distribution... 1 battery or 2, located on port or starboard side? Heavy sub or amps somewhere? How bout gear? Bumpers, anchors, life jackets? There are lots of things that you don't think about that will cause the boat to list just a bit... If you can't figure it out just add some ballast on the port side. I've got a super heavy sub under my steering wheel and am already bigger than my wife, so to even us out running down the lake I grabbed some old tractor wheel weights that have been in the barn for years and put them in my port side dry storage.. Flattened us out nice

Mine tends to list as well but as Bryan said I have a lot of gear in the locker,2 batts amp, plus my board rack is on that side so it doesn't hit the dock. So I always put ice chest and tube behind driver seat and that somewhat levels it out. Course I surf so I like it to list now

I highly doubt it's a weight distribution issue, shifting weight to the port side evens it out somewhat, but it never lists to the port, only starboard. no extra gear or weight on right side of boat.
I'm starting to wonder if i got a bad hydraulic cylinder on that side. think ill switch them around and see. We slalom a-lot so it's really drivin' us nuts.

Before you move rams, check to see if it does it in wakeboard mode with the TAPs all the way up. The TAPs plate doesn't really touch when its all the way up.

good point. i'm pretty sure it still lists no matter what position the taps is set. so... if not the TAPs, and not weight distribution, what else am i missing?

if its not weight from gear or people would almost make me think that the foam under the floor could be holding a little water in it. How do you store to boat? Is it level or leaning? I still would do a double check on weight from gear, batteries or anything else in the boat. It doesn't take much to get them to list to one side or another, and once they do list with the way the long gas tank is across the back it tends to make it list more if the tank isn't full.
