    LOST BIMINI POLE REPLACEMENT

So.. Somehow between last winter and this summer I lost both poles that hook onto front of bimini. The ones that go inside the other pole and telescope out. I tried to find replacements online with no luck. I ordered tube stock and button snap pins to make my own, but I am looking for the 7/8" cap with ball that fits on the end and goes into bracket. I found some online from a brand called Taco. They want 28 buck apiece! Does anyone else know where to get these cheaper. I have a picture here, I hope it shows up.BALL END CAP.JPG

    Thanks

Are you sure its 7/8. I did the same thing and mine are 3/4". Tige wanted 68.00 for the whole rod. I found them through a Taco dealer and made them myself. The frame is 7/8" but the rods are 3/4 so they can slide inside. They also have a button on the opposite end to lock in place.

Maybe mine are different or its a different piece.
