    nope. works for me.

You can also PM Mike (chpthril) at Mike's Liquid Audio for parts as well.

I highly recommend Mike chpthril. The service and price you get from him will easily negate wakemakers !

Steer clear of WakeMakers. Mikes Liquid Audio is where it's at.

just went to site and no issues. Perhaps earlier today they were.

I've ordered from both MLA and wakemakers and they both have excellent service, knowledge and offer discounts. I do however like the fact that MLA is a great asset to TO for his vast knowledge and time he spends on here On the other hand I wish he had a site with all his products so shopping would be quicker and easier as I'm a last minute one click shopper.

Thanks for the kind words, glad i could help, but doubt this will ever happen. I have no plans to become an actual internet retailer, so there will not be any shopping cart store through my site. Im more of the hands on type that likes to do the installs, rather then stock parts on a shelf and fill internet orders. I know this can mean slower shipping times and you are forced to call or email, but I like handling everything with a personal touch. I do my best to be as competitive in price, but thats the extent our similarities with competitors that are online retailers. It takes a dedicated staff just to handle online orders and stock. Right now, its still just me that does it all.

I ordered oversize ballast bags and a 1235 propeller from MLA last year for my 2014 Z3, fast delivery and very knowledgable, highly recommend!

                  Wake makers not so much?
Purchased a dry suite with gloves, boots and hat as a Christmas gift for my kids who was gone to college, he never even removed anything from the boxes, about $550 spent total.

I called and asked if they would take it back and give me credit toward a larger purchase of a high end board and they said they cannot take any thing back after 30 days

The stuff is still brand new in the box and current product that is on there site.

I will be shopping elsewhere for our next boards and related equipment.

I ordered all my stuff through MLA. I wanted a couple extra quick connects, went through wakemakers and they were great, so no prob here and fast shipping.

I can respect that and your insight on an online store makes perfect sense. I didn't want to ruffle any feathers, just curios as to why you didn't sell online and now we know. We all know you go the extra mile to help with anything on here and many other forums and it is greatly appreciated! My last few orders from you were flawless and came quickly so no worries there. I just find myself addicted to the amazon type "wam bam thank you mam" type ordering and sometimes forget what I order by the time it hits my door a day later!!

One thing for all to consider working with someone like Chpthril (Mike) is that the personal touch/service provided is beneficial to all involved. With him sharing his knowledge and expertise, his recommendation is typically only what is needed. If us novice folks (assuming you are like me) had to design our systems, we would most likely either overlook something which then would delay the project by ordering again and again and again or may order to much and then have to take the time to return the product if the vendor allows. Mike takes the time to understand the project and provide insightful advise saving us all time an money.

Maybe I support this so strongly as my family runs a small business in a specialized industry as well and refuse to switch to online ordering as may of our clients are benefited by having to speak/email us, in many cases we are able to save them $$$ and that service has built a lot of loyalty. Hopefully many of the forum members, here and else where appreciate all the free advise and knowledge shared by Mike and will support him and his business in return.

I always find it interesting how many times I have seen folks complain about "big box" boat dealers such as Marine Max or Tracker Boat Centers because we should all support our family owned dealerships yet they purchase parts for their boat where they can get them the cheapest such as Amazon, West Marine or even WakeMakers (granted in the scheme of things WakeMakers is still a smaller business). I believe in supporting those that provide me with the best service.

Sorry for the random slightly off tangent rant.
