    Leftover 2014 Z1

Looking at leftover 2014 Z1 from local dealer. I feel price pretty high for 2014, but not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Options: surelast cover, Tivoli steering wheel, surf package ballast, freshwater strainer, alpha z, wet sounds premium, tower of power w/rev 10's, transom remote, bimini top & boot, swivel board rack, & tower light 4 color, boat mate trailer. List price $93,644.00, dealer first offer 83,000.00. I'm thinking this boat should be 68-72 range.

X2 on what gibbs said!! Way too high!! My dealer in 14 was selling Z3s with same options as that Z1 for 78-80 range. Besides the 16 models are coming out in a month!! Offer a lot less or walk away

I agree with Gibbs114 - although my '14 Z1 wasnt fully loaded, that price is still considerably more than what I paid.

Ouch get a 15 or wait for a 16, any why would he have a 14 still left?

My guess, due to pricing. Thanks everyone I thought it was way to high.

Not quite sure how the boat market works yet, if the dealers buy them outright or if the inventory is financed thru somebody like GE capital or the such, cause if they financed then the dealer wants to flip it fast cause after a set period like 3 months they start paying interest, but If it's bought outright then the dealers can sit on it for a while, but if I was a dealer I sure wouldn't want my money tied up in a 2014 when I would want my cash to order and buy 2016's

It is a long way outside Florida, however our MN dealer is GREAT to work with and is known to have some of the best prices on Tige's in the country.

Not to be a dud here, and rain on all the fine tige folk here, but have you thought about looking at another boat from a dealer with a good reputation?
It might save you a ton of frustrations in the long run... I have found in the tow boat world, and other boats as well... That a local dealer with a good attitude and reputation will make a world of difference in your purchase.. I had a very bad to a very good dealer experience going from one manufacture to another... It's just a thought

I have visited a few of them, only other boat I like was Nautique. Something about Tige boats with the look and interior, not to mention performance. Dealer I am working with has been great, nice guys, no pressure, but like other dealers around want to charge way over value of boat. Not to mention wrong time to upgrade during boating season.

Are you territory restricted from Buying from Forte's inboard? Dom has a great reputation on here and has helped out a bunch of us over the years (for free posting on this forum). I have never bought anything from them but they treat people well when they post on here.
