Aftermarket Ski Rack for Alpha Z?

At Havasu over Memorial Day weekend, I saw an RZ2 with a ski rack attached to the Alpha Z tower. I took a few pics, which don't show it very well, but I'm hoping someone recognizes it and can let me know what it is. The first is a blurry pic of what looks like a mounting plate on the starboard side - just above the break point on the tower (it looks like this is for the same rack, but I'm not sure of that). The second two are close-ups of the rack installed on the port side. I should have taken one from further back. Oh well.

I'd love to do something like this on mine.
