We received our new boat registration stickers in the mail yesterday. However, there was something interesting missing from the envelope. We only received the 2017 stickers. No extra "mussel" stickers to go next to the registration stickers like there was for the '15 stickers. I did a quick google search and couldn't find anything on it. Does anyone know if they discontinued those already?

California Boat Registration
The extra sticker was because it was a mid year tax and they wanted to collect from everyone instead of waiting for the next cycle of registrations. Your new registration includes the mussel fee I think and does not need the extra sticker.

Don't forget about AIS (Arizona invasive species) Stupid sticker that goes on the back!!!! The cops where out in force on Memorial looking for them, and stopping people for "SAFETY INSPECTIONS" at Cottonwood. Heard its a pretty heavy ticket for not having that one too.My life's journey is not ending up looking pretty, its sliding in broadside, used up, worn out, screaming "What a Ride"Comment
