Making an adj VX from a current model or all from scratch

just for the heck of it I always look at boats for sale and watch all the surf gadgets coming out and how the boats evolve etc. which brings me to when are one of you boat owners who has a vx going to change the brackets to be able to pivot and attach a couple of lenco actuators and create your own adj vx. I would love to see someone do this as some of you have some pretty sick skills. It seems like it would be a fairly challenging task but feasible. It would be neat to someone make their own glass vx as well and see how it would do on a 24/22ve.

Also I know wicked was promoting a home make surf device for all models of boats. Has anyone heard anymore on this.

Well for the record I did some serious mods on my vx and the outcome was epic absolutely worth the time and money and I'm working on some other ideas as well

What did you do 18c?

I just finally got the proper Vx brackets so I'm trying that for a bit. I'm not sure I'd go with an adjustable Vx but I'd like the ability to find the angle I like and then lock it in.

It really is not that hard to make the vx adjustable. Takes a couple stainless hinges and brackets for the lenco actuators and run the wires and switches.
