Service/maintenance in the Phoenix area

I guess it depends on what you want done. Germaine Marine in Mesa is the only authorized Tige dealer in the area. I bought my boat there and they were pretty good to deal with getting some of the little things I wanted done before taking delivery. I have purchased a few parts through them and will be taking my boat up there to get the TAPS actuator replaced.

Boulder Boats. They just opened a shop in Mesa and have great service.

I would go to Germaine as the authorized dealer, and Boulder as your backup. I've had issues with Boulder here in Vegas before Offshore Marine took on the Tige line, now I only use them knowing Tige will always step in and help if need be! Good luck and congrats!
