Minimum Slip Width for 2007 24ve

We are shopping around for a slip to keep our boat in the lake closest to us and we are wondering what the minimum slip width for our '07 24ve would be? We have always trailered to and from and have no experience with leaving the boat in the water. We have found one slip but there is only about 4 to 5 inches space on each side of the boat. We currently store in our shop and I am a bit nervous about leaving it in such a tight space.

We have a 2005 24V and keep it in a 12'x32' slip - that is the only size available on our condo complex dock. With the board racks, the 12' works well and provides plenty of room when pulling in.

10' imho. Even then when the waves and wind are bad that can be a chore. I would also suggest getting a lift.

Ya, turns out the slip we found is 8' wide. Too narrow. Thanks guys.

If you do find a slip here is something can be added to make docking a little less stressful. I haven't bought them yet for my slip but have seem them on other slips and very nice. It will calm my nerves for when I start letting my wife and kids progress to docking the boat. For now I am using the old faithful used trailer tires cut in strips. They are about $300 each.
