Got my Indy Tower 95% installed...

Got my Indy Pro series tower 95% installed. I say 95% because I need another mount for the tower...I can only get the bolt about half way thru before it starts to snag and I don't feel like tapping it so I have a request in to Indy for a replacement....even with the bolt only half way in that one mount this thing is ROCK solid...night and day difference from the Metcraft...I feel much safer having the Pro60's, two racks, and a bimini (not installed yet, got the Indy bimini as well)....

I had the exact problem with my right rear foot. Randy at Wakefool was awesome and sent one out no questions asked. They really do stand behind their customer service standards. When you install the new one I would apply a little anti seize compound to make sure you don't get any galling. I hear stainless on stainless is susceptible to this.

Dude.. Loving it man.. I will make this upgrade eventually... Only a matter of time! You replaced the rear lockers with some fat foam didn't you? Looks nice man... Mine is going to need replacement next year it looks like. I also like that your boat is white wall-ed out! Sick.. Was thinking about taking the Old Tige stickers off mine but worried too much sun damage underneath. Tower upgrade is nice and I know those bolt in the original holes, right? How long did it take to install? And how difficult?!

Thanks man...I keep going back and forth on whether I want to add the Tige Chromax emblems or just leave it white....

The tower did bolt into the original holes. The hardest part is honestly getting to the two rear mounts. The drivers side rear mount isn't too bad but the passenger side rear mount you basically have to take all the back cushions off. From what I have read if you have a 2100 it isn't AS BAD because the seat cushion bolts are just in the seams but if you have a 21v RE like mine, you have to stretcharmstrong your hands back behind the seat cushions to reach the bolts holding the seat backs on....

Indy's customer service has been top notch and they didn't hesitate to send me out a replacement mount for the one that had a stripped thread in it...It's SOLID too, night and day difference between the Metcraft and this one....

Sad part about it is I haven't had a chance to use it yet...combination of traveling and weather here in Ohio recently ....I'm order a 1433 prop from Chp and my wife just ordered me a surf board for my birthday so when this stupid weather finally lifts and we FINALLY have a nice weekend the boat will be ready to have some fun!

Dude.. the Chromax would look sick on there... but I also love the no label look. Mine is the 2100 so hopefully it is pretty easy for the install! Good luck on the weather out there! I am sure you will be out soon. I new prop is definitely going to give your boat some new life! You have ballast in that boat yet? We can get an awesome surf wave... CHP is the guy to go through too!

I just hooked mine up this year. I have a fully automated system finally. Rocking the jumbo vdrive sacs.. Get about 8-900 lbs in them. Then have a 650 up front. Going to put a 750 in the hallway on the next trip to see what happens. Wanna me then the wave. It's nice surfing rope less though! Didn't think my boat was ever going to be able to do it. We have some classic boats though and they push a monster wave IMO.
