Lake texoma is the same way. Lake eufala is at its highest level in history. Eufala has over 1.5 million acre ft of water over its normal pool, texoma is just over a million. I had to ditch my plans for Texoma over Memorial. Mother Nature is pretty bipolar sometimes. Last year it was a drought and now this. Neither one gets u on the lake. But when the rains finally stop around here we will be left w full lakes once again.

I am in the same boat as you guys, in Lubbock we had our lake go up 12 feet in a day, put it at 100% and the water has been flowing over the damn spillway going down yalls way so there could be more coming yalls way!! I am pretty sure our lake gets to PK somehow and they need some and we have been flowing over for a week and it is pouring here again today!

That's crazy! Thanks for the pictures. It looks blown out anyway.
We need a pipeline of that water over here in CA.

Last year a lot of the ramps were to short and you went off the end when launching. It's gone up another 3 feet since i took those pics

Hopefully the level goes down to something you can ride on. Guess it's not better to have too much water rather than not enough?

It's a very fine line Timmy. There's probly enough excess water in oklahoma lakes right now to replenish most reservoirs not named Powell or Mead. Even then it could put a serious dent in those lakes. Anytime you get 12 inches in a couple day period it's no Bueno. Getting hammered with more rain as I speak. With most flood control pools almost reached it will start spilling over dams.

Famine to glutton! Our place is on Bridgeport and it is still 14+ feet low. It is the only area lake still negative and it is the farthest northeast. Has come up 10+ in a week though. Now you can actually see the water from our dock. Raining again so bring it on. In 2010 it was 18 feet low at Memorial Day and closed on July 4th because it was too high. Right now I will take what we can get.

****! What ramp is that? I normally launch at Dove Loop or McPherson Slough.

We just got our boat late last year. So it's barely seen water.
This is our first surf boat. We had a Yamaha before this.

Not to completely hijack this, but we are headed down to Burleson to pick up a camper next weekend and we're going to try to camp on a lake somewhere. Does it seem like most campgrounds are closed as well due to the water levels? Recommendations are gladly accepted.

Most camp grounds that I've seen are closed and underwater....

                              Capta1n,
Dove loop is way worse than your first picture now...

That group of trees in the distance, in the center of my photo. That is the same dock you have pictured in your first picture.
