2015 blue tooth sync

I am lost when it comes to sound systems.

Yesterday after about 10 minutes of turning on and off and pushing the pairing button I got my I phone 6+ to finally sync with the stereo.
Later last night I could not get it to sync again, my friend tried his phone also but no luck.

To make matters worse I cannot get a reliable fm station to come in, bad reception??? Had the same problem with my 2014, added a booster antenna and it only helped a little.

No issues here. Once linked picked up my iPhone 6 with no issues.

tomp- my 15 does on occasion also. seems like when the TT gets hot is when it happens. Some of the controls on the TT quit also when screen get hot also, stereo volume etc. I shut the batteries off and it will usually link up again, and controls will work. Might try that, if not the dealer will need to look at. When linked up they have a crazy range though. As far as FM, good luck as I've never owned a boat that gets good reception and if you've tried the extender and got it out from under the dash then I doubt you could do anymore.

I did get it to sync again once today then no luck the second time, my phone is linking so it must be the Polk head unit.

With the older iphones, sometimes you had to tell it to "forget the device" if you were having linking troubles. My 5 has trouble on an off, but not usually with the boat.

I have the same problem on my 2014 Z1. I have to go into settings and select forget device and then start over again to pair it. I am not sure if it is a problem with Iphone or the boat.

That maybe what worked for me?
I think I did it by accident.

No prompts for a password

Is there any other more reliable options to get music on the boat.

During a storm and while on my hoist I could get great Fm reception.
