Oh, I forgot to add this note:

This is our new 2015 Tige Z3 with AVX and the Surf XL Ballast package that includes the larger ballast and the 2419 prop. These images and this wake are made right from the factory, no modifications other than the people you can clearly see in the boat. There are no extra sacs, lead, or any other type of ballast. Just people, some camera gear and ice and drinks.

Does yours have an open area where the hard tanks used to be? And how much do the new ballast bags hold? Wave looks great!! Looks like the regular side bag could be a bit longer, but they have the goofy side with some good length to it. Congrats on the new boat and looking forward to see how you guys tweak it.

So, after I posted this, my office got struck by lightning. It didn't actually hit the building, the pole outside with the fiber optic and phone lines on it, so lets just say I have been a bit behind!

Is there some more info available on the Surf XL Ballast package? How much additional weight do you get with this option? Is it a Tige option or a Wake9 product (read: how do you order it)?

SurfNerd, the Surf XL package is a Tige option I am not sure on the weight upgrade over pro ballast. I have only seen this Surf XL on boats equipped with the AVX option.

OK, I think I have the Surf XL bags on my Z3. My rear lockers are both equipped with a fat sac that fills the locker and also runs underneath the seats. The sacs look very similar to this sample:

Please confirm is this is considered an XL bag ... or if there is an even bigger version that I should be considering.
