Newbie on the forum - What Tige boat should I buy?

Hello everyone. I am new to the forum. I am looking at buying a Tige boat. I primarily wakeboard at an intermediate level, and I want to advance. I am trying to decide which model to buy. I want 2013 or newer model and under $100K. The ASR would be nice, but they seem to be hard to find in that price range. So, are there any wakeboarders on this forum that can offer advice? Oh. And I would like a larger boat if possible. I found my last one didn't have enough space. it was a 20ft boat. So. Good wake boarding boat suggestions?

Here is a 2014 ASR with 50 hours for 89K. Its about halfway down the page.

RZ2 or Z3 would fit your criteria. 2500 to 3500 lbs of ballast will create an awesome wake.
I do all my own stunt work. hey ya'll watch dis.

The ASR is legit, you will not be disappointed. We've had 6 adults and 6 kids on ours and didn't feel uncomfortable - it is a big boat and definitely a head turner. It does take a lot of work to maintain, there is a whole lot of boat to wipe down every time and a lot of upholstery to clean. You will invest in the gallon sized containers of cleaners and protectants versus being able to buy a spray bottle every now and again.

My favorite thing about the boat is the wake. I always tell people it is infinitely adjustable - meaning that it can be tame enough for my five year old to board behind (clean face riding 65' out at 18 mph), small enough for my wife to enjoy (65' out at 20 mph), poppy for my 8 year old (70' out at 21 mph) and just plain ignorant for me and my friends (75' out at 22.6). The wake is definitely pure Tige - nice gentle transition and a poppy lip. You can elect to hit it with stiff legs and it is just enough to get you W2W, you can add a little pop and get boosted straight up. Or you can elect to hit it full force and propel yourself into the stratosphere. It let's you get as stupid as you want, but won't boost you unless you want it to. Not sure if that makes any sense, but ride behind it and you will see what I am talking about. Put it this way, the wakeboard wake on this boat is bigger than the surf wake on some boats.

Stock stereo rocks - Wetsounds 808s and Rev 10s running off SD series amps. Fit and finish is good, not quite as good as the Z3, but they are working on it - despite what people say on Wakeworld it is on par with Nautique. I've had to add some lead up front and re-prop it, other than that she is good to go. There is no better rough water riding boat out there, IMO. She will blow through other wakeboard boats wakes like they are not even there - which is great if you have young riders like I do as they are protected so long as they stay behind the boat when it is crossing wakes.

The surf wake is ok I guess, I haven't spent a lot of time dialing it in as we wakeboard 95% of the time - I think I have surfed behind it once. Just be careful with it surfing as it makes some very gnarly rollers - for days. It will completely trash a river and any boaters that that try to go through it will hate your guts.

And the bonus feature - 3 years of free maintenance and 3 years of bow to stern warranty. So for the next 3 years all I am buying is gas - you just can't beat that.

I know you said ASR but I like my Z3 as its an all around water sports boat. Plenty of wake for surfing and wakeboarding while still be able to slalom ski behind it. The ASR is a bad ars boat, but comes at a price! Like stated above a new with warranty, maintenance plan etc 15 Z3 will put you under that 100K mark and it won't have someone else's neglect your dealing with. For sure test them both if possible as your spending 100K on it. Look around at dealers in your area and even out of your area and see who fits your needs there also.

Here is a link to a couple of 14 model ASR's and I can say they are in excellent condition as one of them was a workers at the dealership. You didn't say where your from but this dealer is excellent to deal with and many on here will say the same.
