    Cruise Control

Had the boat out yesterday and on 3 separate occasions the cruise stopped working. 1st time at 25 mph it stopped the RPM's went up and the boat seams to cut out for a second. Pull back to neutral and all was fine. Same thing happened again a few minutes later. I then Ran the boat with no cruise for a while and no issues. I used it again later at 20mph and had the same problems. Any ideas? The boat seams to be running fine and I assume it's a cruise control problem.

Having worked at a dealer and owned a few Tiges with the system you have I have not heard of this issue. I had issues with the cruise "hunting" in my 2014, but that turned out to be a wiring issue causing the engine ECM to not get consistent voltage. I wonder if you have a similar issue. Theres many pieces in the cruise system that can effect things. Pieces you nor the dealer may consider, like the ignition switch. My problem was a faulty wire on the back of the switch.

Just FYI, that may be a tough one for them to diagnose. Especially if its not consistent.
