They are def not using the W005, especially not in the Z3 or Z1. Those bags would not fit well in the Z1 or Z3

Thats not was was stated. The W005 is a Fly High sac and Tige no longer buys sacs from Fly High. But per Mike Seipel @ Fly High, the W004 and W005 were designed by Tige. I know this to be true, considering Mike emailed me the PDF design thats done on Tige letter head

My source, who has a 2015 Z3 being built, was told the sacs are apx 900. Based on the provided dimensions, they are nearly the same as the W005, which is advertised as 1000 lbs

So, if the factory sacs are not as long and do not hold the ballast that your design does, then what sac are they using thats not close to the shape, size and capacity as the Fly High W005?

Sorry, I meant that they are not using sacs in the Z1 or Z3 with those dimensions, of the W005.

The 2015 Z3 is using the same sac on both sides. It is the same dimensions as the goofy wake9 Z3 sack.

The 2015 Z1 sack is like the wake9 Z1 sack, but it is cut much shorter.

Please note that that is as of today, they could have been a bit different before, and they could change.

Ok, that may explain why it seemed much shorter in length then the MLA sac in the 2015 Z3 I was in.

Understand that I only have 5 of the powder coated black ones, and I plan on taking orders for about 1 week on the stainless and then shipping them out. There is a VERY GOOD chance I will not making any more after that.

I am doing this more as a courtesy than anything else. They really make a difference over stock if you are using a VX.

Did Dave try it on his 22V by any chance or have you seen it on any 22V or 24V?

New TAPS plate

Ragboy, so the new TAPS plate is tapered and measures 23 1/2 inches for the hinge edge, 21 inches for the opposite longest edge. What is the width? 8 inches or what to fit my VX.

Installation sounds easy, grind off top of rivet head, or drill out and install new stainless bolts.

When ordering the new TAPS plate on the Wake9 site, the only model years in the drop down are 2012, 2013, and 2014. I have a 2011 RZ2. Will it fit the 2011? Thanks.

Then I believe yours should be the same as my 2012 Z3. As long as you have the Bennett setup from the factory it should work.
