JohnnieMo have you stuck your head up in the bow to look at how the sacs are laid out? I was dealing with a few issues last year with mine and finally took the time last week to work on them. I ended up cutting in an access panel up under the furthest forward bow seat to gain the access needed to pull the bags around. The bags were over-lapped and we're not in the proper position but with a little finesse I was able to get them in the correct position and am confident it solved my issue on the filling.

The bags do move around in there and mine were twisted and flopped over on each other. I used my adjustable aluminum dock hook and was able to seperate them. The next time out they took around 8 minutes to fill. This may be your issue. I like the idea of cutting in an access port in the front as it is a pain to go through the storage locker.

I investigated earlier this winter and decided they were laid out as good as one could expect. My plan was to test this spring. Doing the test in the garage just isn't doable.
If others with the Z1 can get 4min then I must have an issue.
Tell me more about where to cut this hole and how. Pics?
