Fresh Air Exhaust (FAE) promo for all single exhaust boats

Just in case anyone on the forum is interested in adding a Fresh Air Exhaust before the season hits, I wanted to be sure and share. Just a few more days before this promotion runs out. THANKS!

Its the BEST investment in your boat you could make... Especially when you're surfing in behind!!! Makes a HUGE difference.. Like you've added another set of Rev 10s and theres no fumes anymore!

Do it BCRider.... DOOO ITTT! LOL

        Greeko,

Have you added this onto a late model boat with a cat ?

Will this work with a boat with a convex vx ?

I had this on my 2012 MB Sports F21 tomcat with PCM ex343 (catanium exhaust).
          It made a HUGE difference!

I am getting the measurements for a new model through FAE. I have the new 2015 Tige Z3 with AVX coming. According to Larry Mann it will have to mount to the transom. I am in the midst of figuring out the exact mounting location. Even with the new Indmar engine... I think the FAE is very worth it!!!

Anyone on here with a Z1 have a picture with a FAE? Curious to know what it looks like on there

Is this hard on the valves of the motor, seems to restrict the flow.

As long as you set it up properly it's fine. If you submerged it super deep the u will have power loss issues, just gotta install and test it

hey greeko, I mentioned this to jon at redline and he kinda thought hard on the valves so now I am concerned about getting it down the road. don't want to damage anything

I would trust jon. I put 400 hours on mine but the engine was new

Well this isn't want I wanted to hear either considering I was about to pull the trigger although I ran FAE on my old boat for almost 500 hrs on a 2000MB and never seemed to be an issue unless I really sunk the boat down.

We have over 2000 FAE installed and no impact on the engine or valves. The Surf Pipe has been on Nautiques from the factory now for 3 years; obviously PCM is pleased with the engine performance. Due to the stringent noise reduction standards in Europe, Tige has tested and certified their boats for sale in Europe with FAE installed. Tige told us they attained an amazing 9db noise reduction with FAE on their test boat.

What was the test boat? Did it have Vx?

I'm grappling with whether or not FAE is needed on a Vx boat. You can push exhaust down into the water but it comes up eventually.... only a matter of where. So the big advantage to me is the noise reduction.

I think I am going to go ahead with the FAE. I will have to transom mount it but its worth it!
Good product, great service and amazing results!
