Does anyone have a review about the Krypt racks or the DYI racks? I'm looking for some racks that won't break the bank...looking for a quick release and adjustable mount.

I had the Krypt bat racks (I think that is the name anyway). They were good quality, the only issue was that the rubber inserts kept falling out after a year or so. I would recommend removing the rubber inserts and plasti-dipping the tines if you go that route. -
Did you have a problem with the finish getting dull? I see some reviews about the finish not lasting longComment

It held up fairly well actually. Like all exposed parts, you'll need to keep them clean and put a little polish on every once in a while. We don't ride in salt water though, not sure how they would hold up in those conditions.Comment
