I can say that WABoatings 24ve puts out a great big'ol surf wake. His write up is thorough but don't be discouraged, if you don't want to go and relocate batteries you can look at my build thread to balance ease of installation and cost with a great quality wake.

I know it's a road trip for sure but if ur looking in the used dept I know of 2-07 rz2 that are loaded and priced really well and also a mint 07 24ve all are on upgraded trailers. I know there not brand new but there turn key ready to go fully loaded boats. Just thrown it out there. Happy hunting.
