    Custom Surf Sac for 21v

Has anyone ever had a custom Enzo style surf sac made for a 99' 21v? I am looking for opinions, I think it would be really nice to just have one large sac all in the rear locker and beneath the seat. Since my boat is in storage I really have no way to measure the compartment. Right now I run a 750lb surf sac in the rear locker and a 400lb sac on the floor and want to have everything hidden. Plus my wave seems to be much better with the weight on the port side seat which I'd like to get away from as well. Thanks in advance for any input.

Do it! You wont regret it. Get with Chpthril and he can get you a quote. I had him get me one for my 23v. IMO one bag always works better than two... easier to fill and produces a better wave in the end.

x2, also make sure you add all the extra ports you may want or need (I love my cross pump).

I plan to just manually fill to start, but would love to plumb everything in eventually. Where should I make sure to have fittings...?

What year is your 21V? If its of the same generation as surfidaho's 23V, we could likely just adjust the length of the leg on his design.

Any "old timer" tige owners know more about the 99 21 and the 2001 23V? Are the both the 100" beam gen's? Same boat but 2ft difference?

Mike put 4 ports on top and 3 on the back near the bottom. Some of where you put the ports will depend on your design I think and what types and how many pumps you want. I have two aerators filling, two draining, and 1 reversible cross pump.

            Good luck!

Mine is a 1999 21v Riders Edition. I'm pretty sure it has the wide 100" beam. Not sure how it compares to the 23v but I can't imagine it would be much different. Hopefully someone can chime in with a little bit more info...!

Both boats are listed at 100" beam and the 21v is listed at 2'-4" shorter. In my port bag design I would actually make it about 12-16" longer if I had it to do over again just to make sure I could stuff every inch of the bench However my 2300v may use a shorter length due to the dual captains chairs where the 2100v has the wrap seating. Better too much than too little.

Hmmm. Seems pretty straight forward, but do you guys think that it would be smart to just wait to measure the boat once I get it back in the spring? No one seems to have had this kind of sac made for a 21v so I'm a little worried. Do you think Fly High would have anything on file or keep records of any sort?

The boat is having a few maintenance items taken care of now at the storage facility, I might see if I can swing over and take some measurements...

If they made the sac for one of their dealers, they would not make it for anyone else, as the design belongs to that dealer. If they made it direct for a consumer, odds are they do not have it on file.

I see, that makes sense. I'm thinking now that I should wait for spring to take actual measurements. I want to consume every inch of those compartments...!

I have a couple of buddies with 21v or 23v's. The boats take less weight to get a great wave out of. Have you tried weighting it with less?

I have been surfing mine for a couple seasons with 750lb in the rear locker and about 250lb on the floor in the corner. A little weight in the front and it is great, but I want to make it easier and have all the bags hidden.
