Is it just for people who bought their boat there, or is any Tige' owner welcome?

I don't know exact details. They call it thier customer appreciation day. I would say that if you are a customer of any kind, say parts, sales or service....you belong there that day! Last year was my first time and I think there was only a couple of other Tiges'. They combine the day with Crownline boats also. Needless to say I was out numbered. That was OK as it turned out, one of the people in my boat is a Tige owner but didn't bring his boat. They let him draw a hand for the poker run anyway and he won a new wakeboard. They have a good BBQ at the end of the day and draw the winners of the poker run.

We were told by Joel it is in the full first weekend in August. We are staying at the campground Thur through Sun so that will be one more Tige.

I'll give Joel a call to find more info... I've been wanting to go down to Detroit Lake anyway.

I found out some info about the Tige appreciation day... it will be the first full weekend in August, but since Joel left Stayton Motorsports the details aren't concrete.

I talked to John from Stayton Motorsports yesterday and he said they will have the event at Detroit August 5th as usual. My 3 sons were at the Tige Pro Clinic on the Willamette at Wilsonville. I'll try to post some pics on another thread.
