Can't find these rack parts - any ideas?

I have an 08 z1 with e series tower. The swivel racks have forks that look exactly like this photo. I am missing the black rubber and the bungee strap off one tine.

I've spent hours surfing the web and can't find these. Many threads point to wake designs but they don't seem to exist anymore.

If anyone has these parts or know where I can maybe find them I'm all ears!

I have the rubbers and bungies and 1 fork left is you want them. I know the bungies are a little dry rot, since they are left over form my 06.
