how to fold old metcraft tower to fit in garage

I will need to pull our 2001 21v into a shorter garage this winter, does the tower fold forward? or to the rear?

It folds to the rear. Loosen the bolts on the rear arms slightly, take the bolts out of the lower front arm mounts and lay the tower back. The front arms will then swing inward too.

Don't forget to loosen the forward arm bolts at the upper connection to the tower, theres a machined flat in some of the arm connections.
