I've been thinking about picking up a new skim board for next season to compliment the rest of my boards. I have a older liquid force skim, and a older Phase 5 oogle, as well as the carbon thruster I got for cheap like a few others here. After getting the Carbon thruster the oogle feels like a huge slow barge to ride and the liquid force is pretty small, it's what the kids usually ride. So what's out there for a decent skim that's no going to cost an arm and a leg? I'd love to find a Danielo Pro but they are pretty pricey. I recently quit my good paying oilfield job so unfortunately I'm on a budget these days. I was hoping to keep it around $400-450 tops. Any help or suggestions?

Triple X will sell some cheap on Ebay in the 400 range. I rode my friends and it rides nice but I haven't riden a ton of them to know. Victoria gets good reviews from what I have heard.
http://calmarinesports.com/wakesurf-1.html seems to have some 2013 Daniellos on sale. Maybe give them a call and see if they have any wiggle room. Worst that happens is they say no.Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

What about any of these? Is it hard to ship a board up there from the States?

Those might be ok but I don't really like the idea of buying something through craigslist and having it shipped by a random person. Too easy to get ripped off. Especially since I'm all the way up in Canada.
Anyone know anything about the Liquid Force Doum? The price is right, but no idea if it's decent or junk.
