Shout out to the Pros and other Spnsored Riders.

Over the past few years I have had the chance to ride with some pro riders. If you ever are around them it is amazing to see their enthusiasm to promote and help grow the sport. The other amazing fact is that they are so free to offer up help and coaching at any level. If you are a beginner they will give you tips to get up, and if they are in the boat they will get you up. At any level you may be at, they will give you the next steps, tips and inspiration to keep you advancing. Talk and listen to these guys and girls any time you can be around them, whether it is at an event, a boat show, at your local dealer, may be in your boat, or any other chance you have to be around them. You will learn a lot.

A big shout out to the sponsors who support them making it possible for the sport's growth. These rider's at any level who share their knowledge, experience, offer up their equipment to try out, need to be commended. The simple tips and answers to questions help improve anyone who may be around them and increases the continuing desire to advance to the next level of boats, equipment and riding ability.

To all the sponsored and pro riders. Two thumbs up and Thank You.

I recently had the experience to ride with another pro rider. I learned a lot and Emily gave out many tips. I would like to share one. While on her boat I watched as she took a person, who was scared and shy about getting up on a board for the first time. She gave the few simple tips, words of encouragement and one on one attention. They were up and riding on the first try. Amazing.

I have many more similar stories. What have you learned from a Sponsored or Pro rider?

I went to the Wakeboard Camp and they taught me proper body position and edging drills to greatly improve my riding. I was able to progress much more safely after they fixed my foundation.
I do all my own stunt work. hey ya'll watch dis.

I had the chance to meet Erick ruck and Dominic lagace at wilson lake KS this summer. They were really nice guys. But about the only thing I learned was how to sit on a beach and drink some beer on an extremely windy day.

We had Erick Ruck at the TO reunion a few years back. Cool guy, amazing wakeboard talent. The only thing I learned was that I could no longer blame my wake for my lack of tricks! Haha
