Touch screen resetting

Has anyone had problems with their info resetting? Like ballast times, TAPS, speed, etc. It's happened maybe 5 times this summer at random. I turn my battery off after every trip, but like I said it's only done it about 5 times. I don't think turning the battery off has anything to do with it though.

You need to have your Viper updated. They actually just replaced mine in the end. I have not had a problem with mine at all this year with the updated viper.

How do you update the viper?

Updating should be as easy as a USB key, however I don't know where to download the new operating system file.

Mine does the same thing as yours, even if I don't switch the battery off.

If the unit is still under factory warranty, get with your dealer about handling it. Other wise, contact medallion i guess.
