    New Prop ?

Will the 1235 fit on my z1 without any clearance issues?

    2014 Z1 has the 537 now.

Yes, it'll fit, no problem. What you need to check is your trailer clearance. If your trailer was built late enough it will clear. Some of the earlier Z 1 trailers after the hull change didn't have enough clearance. The'15 boats are shipping with 15" props.

Yes it fits fine on the boat but like Trace says make sure you check your clearance on the trailer if it's a boatmate.

Not enough clearance for the 1235 on my trailer is what I was told by the dealer.

They need to shim it then. Boatmate paid to shim mine twice. 1/2" the first Time and an inch the second time.

I have a 1235 on my z1. It clears by the width of a piece of paper, but it does clear

We didn't think there would be room on ours for the 1235. I contacted ACME and they recommended the 1433. It was an improvement over the 537. FYI - we had a 1" shim done to our trailer - two 1/2"blocks stacked at each bunk to trailer location.

We put a 1235 on our Z1, trailer is shimed 3/4" and now have lots of clearance. The boat also sits better on the trailer after the shims were installed. I would go with the 1235, why settle. JMHO.

Dodgeman, did they shim all the bunks (or even the full length?) Boatmate only sent shims for the rear-most arms on mine. It seems to make the difference, but it is sure a half arsed approach.

I also picked up the 1433, but haven't installed it yet because I haven't added ballast yet. Next year.

JohnnieMo, every bunk is shimmed from front to back. I think you got screwed. My shims were sent directly to me from Boatmate, if yours were sent to your dealer, I think they are cutting some corners, not COOL!!!! Good luck.
