Have you talked with the dealer on Lanier? Im sure they can provide accurate data.

MSRP is usually made up out of thin air. And I am not exaggerating here. The dealer can put on there whatever they want. I cannot vouch for Tige for sure, but I am absolutely sure that Malibu just lets the dealer make up whatever they want. From what I have seen, Tige is the same.
Not at all true for Tige. Tige has build sheets complete with MSRP for base boat and options. To get the final MSRP you just simply add the base MSRP plus the options. Only variable is freight, dealer prep, etc. But those are adds and not really MSRP.
Are you close friends with or are a dealer? it might be interesting to see if Tige dealers are given such a build sheet from the factory, or if they make them up themselves.
Malibu dealers produce a build sheet as well with all the same numbers, except the numbers are made up by the dealer.
Boardman used to work at our local dealer. I do recall that when we ordered our 2013 Z1, we sat down and worked with our salesperson and looked at the sheet and the option cost to help determine what we wanted. A few of the options, they also had a listing as to what they would sell that option for, allowing us to somewhat build the boat based on our budget. So, as a client, I did view/witness that Tige does produce an MSRP sheet on the base boat and options that boardman mentions.
I am not a dealer... just launched a website dedicated to the wakesurf lifestyle.. one of the value adds is providing a reference and reviews for all things wakesufing... boats, boards and gear. For example we show all the boat brands and boat models that are wakesurf boats... we will show base msrp pricing... I have most all the boat brands and models except for Tige and Centurion... I will get the info one way or the other but thought someone on here would have and share. I can ask our local dealer... was just trying not to bug them if I didn't have to... they are really nice and all. I don't necessarily get the warm and fuzzies when boat reviews are mentioned The website by the way is www.wakemojo.com we still have a lot of content to add but we have a good amount on there.... all the boat models are on there except we have to compile the reviews... you can also submit a review to us if you wish as well...we verify the author of the review to manage the authenticity...

This is exactly how we do it as well. Tige sent out the new 2015 MSRP sheets a while back and you just fill in the options you want and the price is calculated off the sheet! When you are ready to order your new one Tall, let me know and I'll price it up for you!
I am mistaken. Tige apparently does publish a straight MSRP. That should mean that the MSRP listed of a boat in Minnesota should be the same as a boat in Texas, assuming equal options. The only difference should be shipping. But I am sure that different dealers need to push different margins in order to make the profit they expect, so there will always be regional variations in how much better than MSRP a guy should pay.
I know about the Malibu situation because a guy was asking in a thread on the malibu crew. It became apparent that X% off of MSRP at one dealership was a very good deal, but the same X% from another was highway robbery.

That's interesting! I was also surprised when the Tige MSRP sheets were included in the dealer pricing packages, so like you said, it comes down to acceptable profit margins/regional variations based off the same MSRP.
