I saw that also. Thats after dropping everything but men's pro off the tour last year. Sounds like they just aren't making any money at it. Makes me wonder if we have started to see the market/ sport peak with current pricing. I've said all the way along that at some point the pricing is going to choke out the market. I really thought it would be when tow boats went into 6 digits. I guess time will tell, but pricing is crazy.

I love that all the companies are going after the massive biggest wake lol.. For WHAT I ask? How many pro riders buy boats of that caliber? Or what percentage of people Want to Spend that kinda of money on if your lucky half year sport! I have decided my personal buying cap wont be a dollar more than 80K Even that is crazy for how often a boat gets used.

I wish I owned a boat company cause I would invest all my money and take no profits. I would build the best boat or close to best boat and keep the price so much cheaper than all the rest I move 100 times the units and drive the others out of business.... You can make just as much money moving more units as you can rapping for fewer units. Except you have MORE happier owners and MORE Boats that need service at Dealers Netting you MORE service Dollars and Parts sold. Same thing auto companies do.. Our service income is INSANE...

yup 80k is my limit too. like you say wicked' AND that's still alotta' skrilla! I know a town near here where I could buy 2 houses with that kind of dough..friggen 2!!!! AND it's a nice town near a lake in the Sierras!!!

No profits, yet you would make just as much money.....good business plan! I'm sure the market would be flooded with these "close to best boats!" Make sure to let us all know when they start rolling off the line because you know we have all been waiting! I'm sure they will be made in America, using all American parts and probably even by Union workers! And while we're all waiting, go ahead and change your Boat status to a "New 20-something Wicked Special" and quite bitching all the time!

I think those are called Moomba, MB, and Supreme....there's a market at every price point....so far...if it needs to, the market will adjust, that's the beauty of capitalism as long the gov't stays out of it
