2013 F250 Powerstoke I tow my Z1 everywhere with it. I had a 1500 Chevy before and it struggled to pull my A22. I've also had a Duramax and it does the job quit well also.

I tow with a 2013 f150. It pulls it fine but the boat is heavy. Also use a 2009 suburban. It definitely rides better with the suburban. Both pull it fine but the heavier suburban rides much better.

F350 diesel crew cab platinum edition. It will tow at any legal speed in Texas(80+).

2011 F150 Ecoboost 2wd with Rear Airbags and Leveler Kit. I have the Ecoboost Tune from 5 Star Tuning - It's a beast. Love this truck.
Truck in the photos doesn't have the kit yet, now it sits perfectly level.

We pull with our 6.2L escalade if only pulling within a couple hours and my duramax is tied up with camper otherwise long hauls we use my truck. The escalade pulls/stops the boat fine just won't tow at 80 on a windy day. I'm sure most half tons will handle the boat fine but will have to tow slower and give a little more space for stopping.

2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 4x4 with the 5.3L and 3.42 rear end. The truck handles it fairly good my biggest complaint is the mirrors. The mirrors are to small/narrow...definitely needs tow mirrors. I wouldn't hesitate to put them on if I trailered to and from the lake but fortunate to have hoist. Overall the truck is great handles the load pretty good but the power is incomparable to a diesel or even probably the 6.2L

                    I tow my 22VE w/ a Denali....no issues at all.

BigDog - you should have a very frank conversation with towing with a Range Rover Sport. Their twoing specs come with all sorts of caveats. Buddy was just looking at the Big Range Rover and ended up with a 15 Denali because of their towing parameters to reach weights advertized.

Yes I have seen it but I can always watch again for a good laugh.
My father-in-law is retired Chrysler so to keep piece I just bought a Ram 1500. I would like a 3500 dually diesel but don't need another mortgage. The Ram is a 5.7 4wd 3.55 gears and 8 speed tranny. It has a 9800lb towing capacity and pulls my 05 22v with ease. I get 12 mpg. It's no diesel but was a lot cheaper. It is a crew can which highly recommend. Four guys were very comfortable. Here is a pic on its first towing voyage. It only has 230 miles on it here.

The Range is rated for 7700 but a 23' boat is long, think it'd be fine?
We tow our Nautique 226 behind a LR 4 (same platform as the sport) without any issues/concerns. Tows like a champ, but it is mostly flat around north Texas.

I have 80k miles on my 2011 F-150 with ecoboost. It is the first Ford I have ever owned and I am sure I will have more, since its the best truck I have ever had. We load down our Z3 with lots of equipment, had to upgrade wheels and tires for the extra weight, its gotta be about 7500 lbs when loaded. Back and forth to Texas 3 times, Denver 2x, Seattle, all over. I love it and would recommend.

It is stock other than sound system, tonneau cover and bed liner. We had a few issues in the beginning with surging, but the dealer took care of them and I have had zero issues since. Looking to get a 2015 next year.
