After selling my boat a couple months ago I regretted selling it so early in the season, though I think I got the most money out of it I could. We had spend the season getting our dd aztek surfable, and with good luck with a "surfgate," we decided it was time to move up. Now that the seasons is coming to an end there are a few pretty good looking deals out there. The one I have decided on is a 2005 Tige 24v. From my research, it seems as if they need a lot of weight since they are so big, so ordering Enzo or custom sacs is on my list for this winter off season. It has ballast, looks to be some sort of custom setup, but since the boat is 8 hours away from me, I will have to wait until Thursday to see it in person. Barring the lake test goes wrong and everything works and runs how it should it will be coming home next weekend. Any advice for me on ballast setup? I pretty much know what to look for with purchasing an inboard boat but is there anything specific to Tige or these 24v's that I should pay particular attention to? Thanks for the info, and Im glad to be a part of the Tige family now!

Here is the wave we accomplished with our Aztek, homemade "surfgate" and about 1800lbs surfcorner and 600 bow ballast.
And here is the link to the "new," boat!!

Note the ballast setup in the Tige, looks like 750's to me??
