This past weekend it got up to 80 degrees here in northern WY, tomorrow it won't get higher then 38 and a forecast of 1-3 inches of snow. It was fun while it lasted...

It's named Lake DeSmet near Buffalo, WY.; about 15 mins from my garage to the boat ramp. That's a pretty typical Monday through Friday look. Weekends can get busy, meaning there is about 30 boats on the water. Love the place!!

We can get wind but it's a pretty small lake so as soon as the wind dies it settles down quickly. It's actually a perfect little spot.

It's near Kremmling. Haven't boated on it yet, but it looks nice. We always see it on the way to Steamboat & said we should check it out.

Coop, it's just a mushroom anchor too keep the bow straight. Out the stern I have a box anchor; a must have!

+1 to the box anchor, especially on what looks like a soft-bottom lake. Good luck stretching the season as far as you can.
