The 808's are an upgrade over the 650's, for 2014 they were for sure.

So the 808 is an option, not the standard!

Correct, 650's are standard with an 808 upgrade. Can't remember what the difference in price is but it's not to bad.

I saw this boat at the Orlando Boat Show this weekend. It was still there after the expo. Super nice. I liked everything about it except the walkway cooler. That seemed very cumbersome to me. The zcline chair is unbelievable and I ewould love to put one of these in my RZR it was just so plush.

They also had a G21 and a G23 and I will admit my bias but the Tige's were just nicer. I do not care for the appearance of the G's, the freeboard etc. Not to mention the prop shafts. The G's were not comfortable to sit in at all. My wife who truly does not care for Nautique beacaue of a comment our local dealer made to hear when we were looking for a wakeboat - The comment was not everyone can afford a nautique as she scoffed at the price for what she percieved as value. She about lost it on the guy especially since she is a bit of a brand snob (that's what made her want to look at Nautique) and told him with many 4 letter words about the boat we already had and if he new anything he would know that meant we could afford his nautique. At the time we had a SeaRay 320 Sundancer. Anyways I digress. She could not stand them and how deep they were. She did not like the ASR either at all way too deep.

When I approached the booth one of the sales reps recognized me and asked if I wanted to trade our RZR for it and I told him our RZR surfs better. The reaction was interesting form the sales rep and the Tige rep in that all they said was the RZR surfs very well. They did not seem eager to discuss the surf wave of the ASR. The Tige rep did explain with the new surfx that it will surf very well on both sides and then he went on to talk about the wake. I thought this made sense since it is a wakeboat first.

I asked directly about the prospects for a "system" simialr to malibu, nautique etc for switching and he said they are always reveiwing thing buthey will not be coming out with anything like that. I asked why and he said they do not believe in anything that does not enchance the wave and unless they can come up with something like that that does not impact their wave quality they will not do it.

He siad they are coming out with a ballast transfer system that will allow you to switch sides in around 3-4 minutes. I mention ragboys system and he said the Wake9 folks do a lot of great work for us. So props Ragboy!

Good post on the feedback from Exp!. I received similiar feedback on the transfer pump and "system" from them today at the factory!

Boat show price was $125,000. The G21 was $115,000 and I did not see a price on the G23.

                  Bob,

The only things I can think of are:
                  Polk head-unit/remote
                  Ballast was reconfigured
                  AVX

Raptor engine was new for the 15 model year, wasnt it?

Now, I do know that you can get the SD series Wet Sounds amps for 2015, as well as RGB tower speaker LEDs and music controller. May have been available on the 14's just dont know.

                    ford raptor engine options
tige touch 2 with more features

I have the '14 and Tige sent me a VX for it - free of charge. They are supposed to install the additional ballast bags in the future as well, but I haven't pushed them on it. It has the LS3 instead of the raptor motor - this was the reason I bought the '14 over the '15. We really don't surf so I can't say if the VX made a difference or not.

I believe the '15 with the Tige Touch 2 has pressure sensors on the ballast system - this is a huge plus in my mind.

Here is a quick surf wave review of that boat.

                        https://www.youtube.com/embed/ASaxA94x0Fg

I had that ASR on my lot for a little bit and took it to the lake for a quick spin. Didn't get to surf but did load the boat up and on the lake I was on (3 to 5 ft deep) the surf wave on both sides was pretty nice and clean looking. It is amazing what the AVX can do to the wave. We have a Z3 with the AVX as well and it is killer how adjustable it is on the fly! I can wait to surf it! We dont surf on that lake as it sucks being so shallow.

Has some size to it, but its all trash and wash. Looks like garbage to me also. There is no visible face at all its all wash.
